Dr. Kryukov is very warm and caring, and takes the time to carefully explain what she is recommending to you and why. She puts you at ease and makes sure are comfortable during exams and procedures. She's a wonderful doctor and a lovely person!

The girl that is sitting in the front when you walk in was extremely rude and basically ignored me and then grabbed the phone when I was in the middle of talking to her. Dr Griggs seemed half awake talking to me and didn’t address any of my concerns or give me any advice. She made me feel like I was a burden being there even tho I made an appointment. It was my first appointment there and this is my first pregnancy and she made condescending comments about people who went through IVF which is a very hard and sensitive journey already. I left there not feeling good about myself or my pregnancy.
